Learnova is a goal-driven Learning Intelligence System being developed in the Democratic Republic of Congo. It starts with what a learner wants to achieve and structures the journey towards the skills required to reach that goal.
Access to learning content does not automatically create demonstrable competence.

Learnova names this disconnect the Goal-to-Mastery Gap — the distance between consuming learning material and being able to demonstrate the skills a goal actually requires. Closing that gap at scale remains a product ambition, not a completed result.
Learnova starts with the learner’s intended outcome rather than a course catalogue.
Progress ≠ Mastery. Completing a lesson or quiz is not treated as evidence of skill. AI assists; domain rules govern. Production AI and LLM integration remain under development. Domain rules such as Goal-before-Path already shape the current prototype.

Learnova is designed around a simple distinction: completing learning is not the same as demonstrating a skill.
For learners, the intended value is a clearer pathway from an objective towards relevant skills.
For training organisations and employers, the longer-term opportunity is to move beyond attendance and course completion towards evidence of competence. That opportunity is directional; it is not a measured employment or market outcome.
